Because of the custom nature of InnerShop, we are unable to offer returns and exchanges, unless the item you ordered is damaged, or has a manufacturing error. If you feel your item is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us at shop@projectinnerspace.org within 15 days of your item delivery, with a photo of your items showing the damage or error.
